Return Goods
Return time: Within 30 days from the date of receipt of the product, you can request a return without reason.
Return conditions: Returned items must be in new condition, unused, and contain all original labels and packaging.
Return process: Please contact us through the chat window on this page to obtain return authorization and follow the instructions provided to return the item. Please note that we do not accept items returned without a return request.
Return cost: For returns that are not quality problems, the freight is borne by the customer. If there is any quality problem with the goods, we will bear the return freight.
Barter
The quickest way to make sure you get what you need is to return it and buy a new item when the return is accepted.
Refund
Once we have received and examined your returned item, we will inform you whether to approve a refund. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 working days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company will also need some time to process and post a refund.
